1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing and using 3DHause services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

3DHause provides 3D printing services including design consultation, prototype development, and additive manufacturing. Services are provided on an as-ordered basis. All quotes are valid for 30 days.

5. Quality & Liability

3DHause warrants products are produced to specification. We are not liable for design flaws, material limitations, or damages exceeding order value. Client assumes risk upon delivery acceptance.

4. Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is due upon order confirmation or as agreed.
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for full refund.
• After production begins, cancellation fees of 50% apply.
• Completed orders are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Limitation of Liability

3DHause liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to designs and files you provide. 3DHause retains rights to its processes, technology, and methodologies. You grant 3DHause a non-exclusive license to use your designs solely for producing your order.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client designs and business information, except where required by law.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect only necessary information for order fulfillment and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Cologne courts.
